Alexandra has been interested in gymnastics for a while and I finally decided to put her in a class. Let’s not forget that she will be 3 in December, but I knew that she would do just fine without me being with her in the class. Since she already knows the place because she has been accompanying Ania ever since she feels very comfortable there. And last Saturday she went in for the first time ever, in her brand new leotard! She was also the youngest in the group of 3 to 4 year olds and the smallest, too. But she was the bounciest and the most energetic of them all. I have to admit, that although she is bilingual she sometimes won’t understand English so I worried a little about her ability to understand her teacher. But alas, she did amazingly well. The most funny was to me to hear that she introduced herself to her teacher as Anza, her self-invented name. Overall, I had so much fun watching her enjoy herself and bouncing, hanging from the rope and flipping. She really did fantastic for her age.
